The owner is ready to retire after 28 years in business. The businesses are Pete's Place and A-Z catering. They are selling the building, equipment, catering business, and everything there with the exception of some of the memorabilia that is his. The bar is completely brand new along with the wall behind it and the floor joists under the bar area. The kitchen has new floor joists and will have new flooring this fall. The walk-in cooler refrigerator was completely rebuilt last year. There are two new freezers and one of them can be a refrigerator or a freezer. The ice machine is not part of the sale it is owned by the ice vendor but stays as long as you buy ice. The pool table and dartboard are also not part of the deal as they are owned by a vendor, but will stay for the new owner. All the catering equipment comes with the sale along with the chicken bbq grill. The owner is willing to stay on as an employee and help the new owner with the catering business. The building also has a 3-4 bedroom apartment that is upstairs and right now gets $440 a month in rent from one of the employees.
